Our client is a rapidly growing construction startup in Atlanta and they are seeking a part-time Accounts Payable Specialist to join their dynamic team. Ideally, they are looking for someone with experience in residential construction accounting. As our client experiences significant growth, there is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to evolve into an Accounting Manager position, playing a crucial role in our continued success within a few years.

salary: $23 - $24 per hour

shift: First

work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

education: Associate

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with vendor insurance requirements.

• Pull invoices and accurately enter them into QuickBooks.

• Manage and maintain strong trade and vendor relationships.

Preferred Experience:

• Previous experience in residential construction accounting is highly desirable.
