We’re looking for a highly motivated Partner Development Manager (PDM) to join the Intuit Mailchimp global partner team and take our business to the next level. You will play a critical role in driving business growth and success through our large network of agency partners globally, by supporting partners and scale programs. You will be instrumental in driving widespread productivity gains across our partner network with a focus on revenue acceleration while continuing to raise the bar on partner experience.

What you'll bring

  • 5+ years of experience in partnerships, preferably in a SaaS or related industry.

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.

  • Passionate about driving partner engagement and growth.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into insights and actions.

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with Martech, Ecommerce and Digital Marketing Agency ecosystems.

  • Experience of working with insourced and outsourced partner support teams.

  • Experience supporting partners across the globe.

How you will lead

  • Manage efficient partner onboarding processes and ensure partners have access to essential resources and support.

  • Oversee partner agreements, contracts, and documentation to ensure compliance and smooth operations.

  • Act as a point of escalation from other partner support organizations and ensure all partner issues and concerns are responded in a timely manner.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute partner-specific marketing campaigns and materials.

  • Develop training and enablement materials and deliver sales enablement to global base of partners.

  • Identify areas for improvement and develop initiatives to improve partner engagement and performance.

  • Analyze performance metrics, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations.
