Job Classification: Investment Management - Investments What you can expect: As an Investment Analyst on the Lease team, you will work on a small deal team responsible for underwriting and structuring new investments, portfolio monitoring and marketing, where each team member makes an integral contribution to the business. You will gain exposure to analyzing large, public companies as well as smaller, privately-held companies. You will learn investing in senior debt, including construction financing.
