How you'll help us Keep Climbing (overview & key responsibilities)
The Product Specialist - Selling Solutions will support the development, coordination and implementation of solutions that elevate B2B partnerships and drive the transformation of our contracting processes. The successful candidate will work closely with Product Owners (POs) to support the evolution of our corporate and agency contracting solutions. This role is crucial for translating product strategy into executable squad backlog and ensuring that our development efforts align closely with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and partner with the business stakeholders, cross-commercial teams and IT to execute a customer-centric product vision, ensuring alignment with customer needs, business goals, and technical feasibility.
Drive collaboration to deliver meaningful value through effective execution and alignment with strategic objectives.
Support Product Owners with the development of corporate and agency contracting solutions.
Work with product squad to write user stories with clear and concise acceptance criteria.
Coordinate launch readiness tasks and manage testing phases to ensure successful product implementation.
What you need to succeed (minimum qualifications)
1-3 years of professional experience.
Familiarity with project coordination and experience working on cross-functional teams.
Ability to support large-scale projects with guidance, following Agile development principles.
Collaboration, self-leadership, and stakeholder management skills to work with diverse teams and stakeholder groups.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an ability to create clear and effective reports.
Ability to prioritize tasks efficiently and adapt to rapidly changing priorities.
Consistently prioritizes safety and security of self, others, and personal data.
Embraces diverse people, thinking, and styles.
Possesses a high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency.
Is at least 18 years of age and has authorization to work in the United States.
What will give you a competitive edge (preferred qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Knowledge of the travel-related industry (airlines, hotels, travel agencies).
Proficiency with Agility and Aha! for effective product management and data hygiene for progress tracking
Experience coordinating launch tasks and testing in a technical environment.
Proven ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical teams.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple work streams effectively.
