Google Program Manager, Human Rights in Atlanta, Georgia
Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
8 years of experience in program or project management.
8 years of experience in human rights, ethical sourcing, or corporate social responsibility.
3 years of experience conducting human rights due diligence and risk assessments.
Preferred qualifications:
8 years of experience managing cross-functional projects.
Knowledge of international human rights standards and frameworks (e.g., UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights).

As a Program Manager at Google, you’ll lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish — working with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. Your projects will often span offices, time zones, and hemispheres. It's your job to coordinate the players and keep them up to date on progress and deadlines.

In this role, you will advocate human rights and mitigate efforts across Google's supply chains. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess and address human rights risks, ensuring ethical sourcing and responsible business practices. You will need to have an understanding of human rights principles, strong project management skills, and a passion for driving a positive impact.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $165,000-$248,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Develop and implement human rights and risk mitigation strategies across Google's Cloud supply chains.
Engage with suppliers and stakeholders to promote ethical sourcing, fair labor practices, and safe working conditions.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders (product teams, legal, policy, procurement) to integrate human rights considerations into business operations.
Support the development and implementation of Google's global human rights strategy.
Collaborate with industry peers, government agencies, and advocacy groups to advance human rights standards and best practices across global supply chains.
