Next Level Business Services, Inc. Program Manager IV in Atlanta, Georgia

Responsibilities:

  • Develop program scope, workstreams, and risk assessment/mitigation plans for multiple related projects.
  • Validate delivery scope and confirm alignment across critical stakeholders.
  • Create and execute implementation plans for piloting new program and full rollout.
  • Enable operational processes to support program rollout.
  • Define, drive, manage and socialize a detailed plan and overall schedule for all known workstreams.
  • Manage risks and issues, facilitate the negotiation of options to resolve delivery conflicts and blockers.
  • Deliver program status to program stakeholders and executive-level managementincluding high risk andissues.
  • Manage program project managers and/or workstream leads through influence.
  • Coordinate and facilitate key stakeholder meetings and manage program activities.
  • Make and/or communicate management decisions regarding key engagement elements.
  • Identify key milestones and dependencies to inform program roadmap.
  • Develop and maintain program plans.

Quals-- Qualifications:

  • 10+ Years Experience
  • Highly experienced in developing program scope, quickly identifying program issues, and implementing risk management techniques to keep the program moving forward.
  • Highly experienced in developing executive-level and stakeholder communications.
  • Highly experienced in program management and stakeholder management for complex project work
  • Experience in leading multiple related projects with cross departmental and cross divisional stakeholders.
  • Advanced expertise in communicating at all organizational levels.
  • Experience in leading the implementation of IT solutions at the end user level. AI knowledge/experience a plus.
