Work Location: Atlanta, GA - Candidates applying should be able to commute to the office on an as needed basis.

Candidates with the following experience, skills, and/or certifications are highly preferred:

Description

  • Works closely with clients to foster the development and successful implementation of innovative, high quality training, readiness and change management solutions and ensures a high level of satisfaction with services provided.

  • Coordinates planning and implementation of systems related training, readiness and change management solution projects.

  • Works to maintain a high level of client satisfaction with EHC teammates adoption and effective use of healthcare IT technology and EMR as provided to assigned clients.

  • Collaborates with other Readiness Leaders to coordinate/facilitate the EHC Super User Lead program.

  • Develops Super User Lead competencies.

  • Implements and reviews the Evaluation Strategy of training/readiness programs.

  • Attends meetings of professional, civic and services organizations.

  • Administers and ensures compliance to departmental policies and procedures in accordance with state, federal, and organizational guidelines.

  • Works with manager to formulate plan for professional development.

  • Participates in professional activities and organizations to maintain knowledge of current trends, practices, and developments.

  • Manages projects to assure that business objectives and requirements are realized.

  • Performs other related duties as required

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • A bachelor's degree preferred

  • Five years of experience in designing, developing and implementing training, readiness, and change management solutions as it relates to teammates adoption and effective use of healthcare IT technology and EMR
