What You’ll Do
As a Regional Account Executive , you’ll be at the forefront of driving regional and national sales efforts. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you’ll build meaningful relationships, identify growth opportunities, and deliver tailored solutions that align with our clients’ needs. Here’s a snapshot of your responsibilities:
Account-Level Sales & Growth : Cultivate strong relationships with adjusters, risk managers, property managers, and other professionals to grow and expand business relationships to drive sales. Identify, appropriate target accounts, and sell Cotton’s services.
Job-Level Sales & Growth: Track and monitor job opportunities, collaborating with Estimators and Project Managers to secure contracts and expand scopes.
Sales & Marketing Support: Utilize innovative sales materials, draft compelling proposals, and represent the company at tradeshows and events.
Market Research: Conduct research to identify trends and leverage insights to drive business growth.
What You Bring to the Table
Proven Hunter Mentality: A demonstrated ability to proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities, build pipelines, and close deals.
Track Record of Success: A history of meeting or exceeding sales targets, with strong skills in deal negotiation and closing high-value contracts.
Experience in Sales and Client Relationships: At least 5+ years of outside sales experience, ideally in restoration services or a similar industry.
Business Acumen : Knowledgeable in identifying client needs and presenting tailored solutions that drive revenue growth.
Technical and CRM Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms for sales tracking and data analysis.
Exceptional Communication Skills: Able to engage and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels, including C-suite executives.
Adaptability and Drive: Self-motivated and able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
Willingness to Travel: Valid Driver’s license and availability to travel 50%+ and attend networking events outside standard business hours.
