Job Summary

The Retail Café Manager will oversee operations at a licensed, franchised Starbucks location. Responsibilities include staff management, financial oversight, inventory control, and ensuring compliance with Starbucks standards. The role focuses on delivering excellent customer service while maximizing business performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily operations, staff, and scheduling

  • Handle budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting

  • Ensure compliance with Starbucks and company policies

  • Manage inventory, purchasing, and cost controls

  • Maintain sanitation and safety standards

  • Implement promotions and marketing efforts

  • Act as the main point of contact with the client

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience managing a licensed Starbucks or similar café preferred

  • 3+ years supervisory experience in food service or retail

  • Strong leadership and financial management skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office

  • ServSafe® Certification preferred
