Job Description

Job Title: Sales Enablement Specialist

Location: Jersey City NJ / Chicago IL / Atlanta GA

Employment Type: Full-Time

The sales enablement role focuses on representing Capgemini to the market and our internal sales and account organizations. This person will develop and manage messaging, content, and tools to better enable the sales team to sell more effectively and ensure that our clients, the analyst community, and the broader market understand the value that Capgemini can offer.

This role is focused on providing our sales and account teams with the tools they need to successfully engage the buyer throughout the buying process to better qualify opportunities. This involves identifying the right stakeholders to invite for discussions and how best to rally our resources together to respond to a pursuit RFP.

Responsibilities:

  • Create and maintain compelling sales presentations to ensure consistent messaging to the market and clients.

  • Respond to analyst RFIs to present Capgemini Insurance BU strengths and maintain or improve overall ratings in various analyst reports.

  • Perform detailed needs assessments in coordination with internal resources; create, develop, manage, and lead successful cross-functional pursuits in conjunction with Sales Leadership, Business Development, Alliances, Finance, and other key stakeholders.

  • Coordinate the resourcing of strategic deals and ensure that large deal best practices are consistently executed in strategic pursuits.

  • Define and mobilize pipeline development strategies, campaigns, and playbooks for digital strategic deals and partner-centric business development, and execute these in the bid manager role.

Bid Management responsibilities:

  • Work closely with project managers, design managers, estimators, and senior personnel.

  • Conduct research and brainstorming to include key points in the bid.

  • Craft persuasive and detailed proposals.

  • Ensure all deadlines are met.

  • Keep track of all costs and manage budgets.

  • Liaise with suppliers, vendors, and subcontractors.

  • Conduct team briefings once bids have been secured.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree.

  • Excellent communication skills, including presenting, editing, and writing, with strong attention to detail.

  • A fast-thinking, high-energy individual with a sense of humor and the ability to work with a wide range of personalities.

  • Excellent cross-group collaboration skills.

  • Ability to influence actions from a varied group of resources, especially those without a direct reporting relationship and those who may be senior in the organization.

  • Innate ability to recognize the strengths of individuals and onboard them on pursuits.

  • Strong proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite.
