About the Position: An ideal candidate for the Sales Operations Analyst position will have a strong understanding of sales operations functions and ideally direct experience with employee benefits products & services. This individual will have the opportunity to be part of a foundational team developing scalable processes for a new referral channel within the HUB & SPG ecosystem & will serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) both internally within HUB/SPG & externally with our partner. Working in tandem with Sales Leaders, Strategic Resource Managers, & Operations Leadership, this individual will support open market quoting efforts, sales opportunity management within a CRM, transition processes to move from sales to service, & overall reporting oversight. Strong organization, collaboration, and communication skills are critical for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manages all sales opportunities within designated CRM, ensuring visibility for internal/external stakeholders and adherence to contractual SLAs

  • Triage all sales opportunities to ensure readiness to quote

  • Track actionable next steps and aligned owners to ensure quoting SLA adherence based on quoting strategy developed in collaboration with internal stakeholders

  • Initiates open market quoting efforts via quoting tools or formal RFP process with general agency partners or direct carrier contacts

  • Creates marketing presentations that sales leaders will present to prospective clients, ensuring quality and accuracy

  • Develops quoting best practices and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

  • Partners internally to develop scalable transition processes as clients move from sales to service

  • Owns transition to service checklist to ensure smooth transition from SPG to a local HUB

  • Partners internally to develop reporting and analytics processes to support forecasting, capacity modeling, and referral/revenue projections

  • Owns reporting and analytics for referral channel

  • Identifies continuous improvement opportunities and implements strategies and solutions developed in partnership with leadership

  • Supports the roll out of a myriad of processes and tools per leadership direction

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years’ experience in sales operations role, direct experience with employee benefits products, services, and marketplace a strong plus

  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment and comfortable with organizational change

  • Impeccable organizational skills

  • Effective communicator with proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally

  • Self-starter who excels with minimal oversight or direction

  • Adaptable and capable of balancing competing priorities

  • Strong sense of curiosity and willingness to learn

  • Data-driven and analytical

  • Team-oriented mindset

Work Location: This is a 100% remote position working in your local time zone. Access to a local office may be available upon request.

Salary Transparency: The expected salary range for this position is $70,000-$80,000 and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate’s skills, experience and working location, as well as the specific position’s business line, scope and level.
