Equifax is looking for a Sales Support Consultant to join our Inside Enterprise Sales (IES) team. The Support Consultant will provide comprehensive support to the Inside Sales Account Executives within the Emerging Markets vertical. The role will require assisting the team with all aspects of the pre and post sales activity, including but not limited to project log tracking and consolidation, team monthly/quarterly performance reporting, invoice reconciliation, back-up for sales counterpart. This role will be the secondary contact and 'quarterback' of all service-related requests on IES accounts. This role follows a hybrid schedule and requires in-office presence at our Midtown Atlanta location.

What you'll do

Assist with inquiries regarding billing, pricing, contracts, reporting and research. Perform some general administrative tasks (revenue tracking, reconciliation, etc.) Maintain all of the tools necessary to support the IES Sales team, including regular reporting with distribution throughout the various sales organizations at Equifax, monthly executive updates and risk reporting, quarterly results tracking, coordination of critical team meetings, and monitoring key expectations Supporting efforts to address past due invoices and customer service issues, timely execution of work orders, and ensuring appropriate filing of contracts with legal. Execute sales promotional campaigns. Review portfolio statistical performance and behavior trending. Analyze data for sales trends and product analysis. Implement tracking tools to obtain demographics data and customer buying patterns. Assist Product Management with development of new enhancements and launch campaigns. Implementing sales management processes and opportunity management system Review and monitor sales leads and prospect processing opportunities. Guide sales people in entering accurate forecasts in CRM tool, generate reports for forecast and collaborate forecast into weekly-monthly reports. Provide analysis to support commercial sales operations. Provide input on segmentation process in support of business planning, including analysis. Collect, analyze, evaluate and report data in order to increase sales productivity. Collect sales records and trends and evaluate performance measured against sales quotas. Analyze sales performance records, interpret results of overall sales. Generate ad hoc reporting for sales, marketing, business planning and product management. Help redefine business requirements to either enhance existing working tools or develop and implement additional applications such as customer relationship management (CRM), business intelligence and competitive intelligence. Assist sales team with project management or process improvement. Provide support to sales representatives in administrative areas (e.g., order processing, customer quotes, sales information management, product training proposal writing, account set up, lead generation).

What experience you need

Bachelor's level in business related field or the equivalent combination of education and experience 2 years of comparable experience Strong Microsoft Office knowledge with strong emphasis on PowerPoint Strong grammatical and presentational skills Strong time management and prioritization skills Strong organizational skills with an attention to detail and problem solving Ability to effectively and confidently present and demonstrate solutions to prospective audiences Customer service focused with a desire to delight both internal and external clients Self-directed, pro-active, results-oriented; versatile, flexible, and displays a willingness to work within changing priorities in a dynamic environment with enthusiasm; commitment to excellence and high standards
