Job Purpose:

As part of our Process Transformation Team, initially the Senior Advisor, Change Enablement – Process Transformation will lead the change management effort associated with a continuing HR transformation that is currently underway, with the potential to support other strategic initiatives for the enterprise in the future.

The Senior Advisor, Change Enablement will work with the organizational stakeholders, project teams, and implementation partners to ensure benefit realization, value creation, ROI, and the achievement of important project and business outcomes by focusing on the people-side of the change to develop employee-centric strategies that focus on improving speed of adoption, ultimate utilization, and proficiency of use of new tools or processes.

This position is an excellent role for someone who is a self-starter looking to play a key role in implementing transformational change in an organization where opportunities abound. Success in this role will require both design and execution of strategy, experience in leadership coaching, and comfort and agility in managing through ambiguity. Major Duties:

  • Lead the foundational activities of change impact and stakeholder analyses with key players to understand the landscape, culture, and people-side risk of the initiatives being implemented and use this to gain buy-in from stakeholder leaders for the scale and scope of the change strategy.

  • Use the analysis, along with GPI’s Change Enablement framework, to develop the Change Enablement Strategy that is tailored to the impacted audience and situation across three visible pillars:

  • Leader Alignment and Mobilization:

  • Design and execute a project-specific plan to engage and empower mid-level leaders as key sponsors of the change, driving behaviors and communications from the top down.

  • Support leaders in managing resistance to change, driving adoption, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

  • Training:

  • Develop a training plan for a global audience, as well as targeted audiences.

  • Coordinate training content development with project subject matter experts and implementation partners.

  • Evaluate training efficacy and update training plan and content as needed.

  • Communications:

  • Develop clear and compelling communication plans to keep stakeholders informed and inspired throughout the change process.

  • Deliver timely and relevant messages using various communication channels to ensure transparency, clarity and delivery.

  • Execute the Leader Alignment, Training, and Communications plans with the use of a Change Network, stakeholder leaders, and the project team.

  • Design and execute specific activities to surface people-side risks, issues, concerns, and dependencies to successful implementation; develop mitigation strategies to address these risks.

  • Leverage data and technology tomeasure the effectiveness of change initiatives, identify areas of improvement, and make data driven decisions in an agile way.

  • Provide coaching and support to leaders (from c-suite to direct line managers) to help them navigate through challenges and embrace their role as change leader.

  • Continually update your knowledge of Change Enablement industry practices and build change capability throughout the organization.

Qualifications:

  • BA or BS Degree in Organizational Development, Organizational Behavior, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, or other degrees with equivalent experience.

  • 7+ years of experience leading Change Enablement activities for enterprise-wide technology initiatives,preferably in a consulting or corporate environment, with a strong track record of results and demonstrated application of change management principles, methodologies, and best practices.

  • Strong emotional intelligence with a passion for leading and coaching people through change.

  • Analytical mindset, with a people focus, and an ability to assess complex situations and develop practical solutions. Strong attention to detail.

  • Demonstrated ability to effectively lead cross-functional change, identify and cultivate key stakeholders, and build relationships to meet high priority business needs on time.

  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth, nimble and often ambiguous work environment.

  • Self-motivated, with a strong desire to learn and effectively apply learnings within an evolving industry.

  • Strong presentation, verbal, and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas in easy-to-understand business terms to all levels of management, including senior leaders.

  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines in an effective, discrete, and sensitive manner.

  • Prosci ® certification (or other change practitioner certification) preferred.

Relevant Experience:

  • Experience partnering to lead large-scale organizational change programs related to implementing new systems and processes that have a significant business impact in a global environment.

  • Experience managingand/or partnering withthird-party vendors.

Pay Range: $112,560.00 - $150,045.00
