We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Analyst for our Transformation Management Office. The successful candidate will play a critical role in driving and supporting organizational change initiatives, ensuring projects are executed efficiently, and delivering measurable improvements in performance. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of business transformation methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Bridge the gap between the transformational process and the technical solution development, ensuring IT solutions align with the goals.

  • Analyze existing business processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.

  • Lead the process mapping of enterprise process to represent current and future states of business processes, with a keen of financial, operational & commercial systems

  • Collaborate with technical teams to design solutions that meet TMO’s business needs, including the development of “designed solution/mock-up” to visualize the solution.

  • Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure clear communication and understanding.

  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of initiatives

  • Assist project managers in planning, scheduling, and tracking project activities, identifying potential risks to project KPIs.

  • Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement. Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations to communicate findings to stakeholders.

  • Support the TMO change management plans to facilitate smooth transitions during transformation initiatives. Engage with employees at all levels to promote adoption and minimize resistance.

  • Analyze complex data sets (including internal surveys) to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement. Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations to communicate findings to stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or a related field. Advanced degree (MBA, Master’s) preferred.

  • Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in business transformation, project management, or a related field. Proven track record of leading successful transformation initiatives.

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., PowerBI, Excel, SQL) and project management software (e.g., MS Project, Monday.com)

  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to create compelling presentations and reports for diverse audiences.

  • Leadership Skills: Demonstrated leadership capabilities, including the ability to influence and inspire others. Experience in managing and developing teams.

  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Flexibility to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
