Ideal Candidate:

  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of hospitality experience at the manager level, including supervision of 1-3 people.
  • Skills: Strong organizational and communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and experience in customer relations.
  • Qualifications: Knowledge of hotel property management systems (Delphi.fdc) is a plus.

What will I be doing?

As Senior Event Manager, you will be responsible for event documentation and coordination with Sales, hotel departments, and customers to ensure consistent, high-level service throughout the pre-event, event, and post-event phases of all hotel events. Specifically, you will:

  • Organize, plan, and prioritize duties by developing plans and goals.
  • Communicate timely with internal and external clients via various channels.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients to meet and exceed their expectations.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of job systems, products, and processes.
  • Resolve conflicts and handle complaints, settling disputes, and resolving grievances.
  • Sell and influence both internal and external clients.
  • Make decisions and solve problems by analyzing and evaluating issues to determine the best solutions.
  • Ensure high-quality service by understanding guest needs Organize, plan, and prioritize duties by developing plans and goals.
  • Communicate timely with internal and external clients via various channels.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients to meet and exceed their expectations.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of job systems, products, and processes.
  • Resolve conflicts and handle complaints, settling disputes, and resolving grievances.
  • Sell and influence both internal and external clients.
  • Make decisions and solve problems by analyzing and e and providing direction, guidance, and coaching as needed.
  • Participate in customer site inspections and assist with the sales process as necessary.
  • Perform other duties as necessary based on business needs.
