Kroll, LLC Senior Manager, Financial Planning and Analysis - 21010718 in Atlanta, Georgia

As a Senior Manager, Financial Planning and Analysis, you will use data to empower, support and engage our corporate function leaders including People Team, Information Technology Marketing and Facilities Management, allowing them to make the best possible decisions as it relates to financial planning and budgeting. We want you to focus your strong communication skills on interpreting data and designing reports, so the numbers come alive.

Day-to-day responsibilities: Analyzes complex financial information and reports (including expenses, and capital expenditures) to provide accurate and timely financial recommendations to management for decision-making purposes Manages the continued development of budgets, financial forecasts, operating plans, and modeling tools Compiles, prepares and analyzes monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports, presentations and operating plans with commentary Analyzes business cases for major capital projects and investments Engages in ad-hoc financial analysis, including special projects at the request of the department stakeholders Prepares presentations in support of monthly/quarterly senior leadership meetings and various strategic committees, as needed

Essential traits: Bachelor's degree (B.A. or B.S.) or equivalent in Accounting or Finance from an accredited four-year college or university. Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Charted Financial Analyst candidate preferred. A minimum of 8 years of related finance and management experience An understanding of corporate finance concepts and FPandA best practices, including modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and KPI tracking Strong quantitative and analytical skills Strong attention to detail and proficiency in building and handling complicated data sets Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate and present results highlighting the broader commercial and strategic impact Prior experience in creating frameworks for evaluating investment decisions Experience in a professional services firm is strongly desired
