Sodexo Senior Manager, HR Global Data Lead in Atlanta, Georgia

Unit Description

Sodexo has an exciting opening for a Senior Manager – HR Global Data Lead to join our team. As a functional Global HR Service manager, this role is responsible for managing Global HR data governance processes while ensuring accurate and timely processes of HR data integrations and reporting. The successful candidate will interact with global HR stakeholders, assist with ongoing processes and implementation activities within SuccessFactors HCM and be responsible for data report generation and analytics.

This is a remote position. Candidates should reside in the Central or Eastern time zones or be willing to work a schedule that aligns.

Key qualifications include the following:

  • Lead global HR teams with data integration processes in support of SuccessFactors processing and implementation, including EDM, Talent and Performance.

  • Manage the creation and execution of testing and quality assurance process for HR Data

  • Manage data aggregation and reporting

  • Lead requirements documentation, such as data dictionaries and stakeholder requirements and Global data governance

  • Liaison with internal teams – IS&T, Data Transformation, Finance and Operations

Is this the right opportunity for you? We are looking for candidates that have/are:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

  • Hands-on experience with SuccessFactors HCM, Employee Central or similar HRIS/HCM platforms.

  • Proven experience with data governance best practices, preferably in an HR data management or related field

  • Advanced MS Excel and familiarity with MS Access, MS Power Platform and HR Reporting/data warehouse tools

  • Demonstrated experience working with large and disparate datasets (HR, Finance or operations preferred) and analytical reporting

  • Exposure to SQL and integration processes and best practices.
