The Lending Treatments team leads the development and ongoing optimization of targeted and broadscale treatments that support small business owners with their spending and lending needs and ultimately drives increased customer engagement with our products.
As the Limit Management Senior Manager, you will play a meaningful role in driving engagement within the SBS portfolio through the execution of product strategy and development of capabilities. How will you make an impact on this role?
Serve as the product owner for SBS Lending Limit Management Treatments working across the Proprietary Lending, Co-Brand and Charge portfolios
Define the product strategy and future roadmap for limit awareness and reactive lending treatments
Lead the development of new lending capabilities, UX enhancements and channel optimizations to increase awareness and drive conversion
Partner closely with Marketing and Risk to develop and execute targeted campaigns that lead to positive customer experience
Manage performance reporting with analytics partners to understand trends, gain insights and make strategic recommendations for future growth
Work effectively across broader Amex teams to share expertise, listen to customer feedback and troubleshoot issues Servicing, Legal, Compliance, Technologies, etc.)
Ensure effective execution and regulatory compliance
Minimum Qualifications
Strong customer orientation and experience translating customer insights into action
Problem solver with the ability to re-envision existing processes to support product strategy and new product development
Strong analytical and business acumen. Able to structure and process qualitative or quantitative data to draw meaningful insights and make decisions
Project management and collaboration skills, including the ability to support concurrent activities across multiple teams
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and lead out on multiple initiatives
Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience
Preferred Qualifications
- General understanding of card and lending economics

Salary Range: $90,000.00 to $165,000.00 annually bonus benefits
