What you'll bring

  • 3+ years experience as an established technical leader of software engineering teams that have successfully delivered customer-driven software products

  • Passion for being at the leading edge of technology with 8+ years of hands-on software development experience

  • Experience with building metrics, dashboards, FE experiences in an app with good decent traffic and scale

  • Proven experience leading a UI development team

  • Experience with:

  • UI frameworks like React, or Angular

  • Unit testing frameworks & mocking

  • Testing Automation mindset

  • Kafka and GraphQL

  • Microservices architecture

  • Demonstrated experience managing an inclusive team of high-performing engineers in multiple office locations

  • Experience in Agile software development

  • Very strong verbal and written communication

  • Assertive and high presentation skills

  • Proven experience in growing people
