Senior Marketing Manager – Clinical & Regulatory Services

POSITION SUMMARY

Astrix is looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to help build & grow the Clinical & Regulatory consulting services practice. This position will focus on creating content and executing programs to drive the growth of the business. Working with marketing and sales leadership, you will be responsible for authoring content, building sales support materials, and driving campaigns that drive inbound Leads for the practice. This role will report directly to the Chief Marketing Officer and work directly with Astrix Consulting Services business unit leadership.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Work with leadership to develop marketing strategies to grow the Clinical & Regulatory consulting business through marketing programs – you are the marketing leader for the business unit.

  • Author eBooks, whitepapers, and other marketing content for use in campaigns.

  • Create sales support content such as datasheets, presentations, and other market-facing materials.

  • Educate the sales team on the materials you create to help them sell better and more efficiently.

  • Manage and report on digital marketing initiatives with third-party sites such as LinkedIn and Google Ads.

  • Create and execute marketing programs such as webinars and other live events that drive inbound interest from organizations and candidates.

  • Report on success of campaigns to leadership and adjust strategies on the fly (flexibility is a must).

QUALIIFICATIONS

  • 5+ years of clinical and/or regulatory consulting services experience – additional marketing experience is encouraged.

  • Excellent market-facing writing skills are an absolute must.

  • Experience authoring marketing materials such as eBooks and whitepapers (portfolio review is required).

  • Experience creating email/social campaigns and managing both virtual and live events.

  • Analytical skills required to understand results and adjust strategies as needed.

  • Wide range of knowledge of the marketing funnel and the different tactics used to drive inbound leads.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to work independently and effectively in an organization with people at varying levels and across geographies.
