Senior Pega Developer

About the Role

Conduent is a leader in Enrollment and Eligibility, dedicated to providing innovative solutions to meet the evolving needs of our clients. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Pega Developer to join our dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects and contribute to the development of key components within our organization.

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop major components of focused solutions.

  • Ensure delivered work meets technical, functional, performance, and business requirements, adhering to best practices as defined by the team, organization, and industry standards.

  • Lead development activities with an advanced understanding of PEGA PRPC V8.X tools.

  • Possess in-depth knowledge of PEGA PRPC V8.X architecture.

  • Translate business requirements into design/application builds.

  • Contribute to the definition of Pega best practices.

  • Critically review the work of other team members.

  • Analyze, identify, and log enhancements/bugs for PEGA PRPC V8.7.x or above.

  • Implement best practices in PEGA architecture, design, and coding.

  • Communicate effectively with Project and Product management.

  • Work independently and as a member of a team.

  • Exhibit excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

  • Demonstrate experience and desire to work in a global offshore/onshore model.

  • Leverage experience in the Medicaid domain, which is highly preferred.

  • Utilize experience with Pega Customer Service Framework.

  • Ensure compliance with Section 508-c and Pega Accessibility standards.

  • Collaborate with Development Leads and Lead System Architects on design and implementation.

  • Manage and execute Pega deployments efficiently.

Requirements

  • Minimum 6 years of experience in Pega development.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent field.

  • Pega CSSA (Certified Senior System Architect) certification.

  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Preferred experience in the Medicaid domain and with Pega Customer Service Framework.

  • Knowledge of Section 508-c compliance and Pega Accessibility standards.

For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. In addition, Conduent provides a variety of benefits to employees including health insurance coverage, voluntary dental and vision programs, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO) or vacation or sick time. The estimated salary range for this role is $96,250 - $125,000
