Position Summary

This role will be key in the shift to a Strategic Sourcing Organization and be a key touch point between the Global Service Lines, Global Procurement Organization, and the supply base. The role will be reporting directly to the Director of Sourcing and be key to supporting the goal of creating value for the business, establishing key metrics and reporting for the organization. The role will be highly visible as it will interface frequently with company leaders and stakeholders. This role could include working in all areas of Procurement including fleet, real estate, & supplier onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Analyze procurement data including spend, savings and other data sets to provide critical business support.

• Liaise with the supplier and various internal functional teams on the day to day operations.

• Assist with the Sourcing process, negotiations, finalization of contract and management, and contract performance management.

• Interface with a broad range of stakeholders globally to help identify and analyze opportunities for driving value, reducing costs, and consolidating the supply base.

• Establish and drive key measurements and metrics for the procurement organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree is required.

• 3+ years of experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, or supplier management.

• Proven ability and experience in interacting with business leads to define implementation strategies, business requirements and solution design related to procurement processes.

• Experience with data analysis and tools required.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

• Strong technical, interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.

• Demonstrated skills/behaviors working in a team environment.

• Ability to influence peers and lead cross-functional teams.

• Demonstrated problem solving methods.

• Self-starter, possessing high degree of self-motivation and bias for action.

• Experience or understanding of ERP systems (exposure to Coupa is a plus).
