Building off our Cloud momentum, Oracle has formed a new organization - Oracle Health Applications & Infrastructure. This team will focus on product development and product strategy for Oracle Health, while building out a complete platform supporting modernized, automated healthcare. This is a net new line of business, constructed with an entrepreneurial spirit that promotes an energetic and creative environment. We are in search of a Senior Product Manager to define and drive product strategy and specifications for our consumer space. This unique role offers the opportunity to bring meaningful solutions to patients and enable them to better interact with their healthcare providers. In this challenging role, you will interface with customers to understand their problems and pain points, quantify the demand for features and functionality, and define the capabilities needed to enable patients to take control of their healthcare journey.
You will serve as a full lifecycle product manager who will identify, define, and justify the technical and business elements related to your product and features. You will perform deep dive analysis into customer problems, understand the market opportunities, drive innovative solutions that delight customers, and ensure we’re constantly iterating to improve our products. To achieve this, you will engage with customers, closely collaborate with engineering and development teams, define product requirements, and document a roadmap that aggressively delivers key capabilities for our customers.
Required Qualifications
5+ years product management/design experience, health IT consulting, or health IT solution work.
Contribution and/or leadership of critical projects.
Highly self-motivated to work on tasks independently, while working in a fast-paced environment.
Exceptional ability to negotiate and collaborate across groups to achieve customer success.
Customer focus with experience working with enterprise or public sector customers and developers.
Attention to detail and validated ability to lead multiple priorities simultaneously.
Ability to think both strategically and tactically in a high-energy, fast paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Healthcare experience
Knowledge of Healthcare Payers domain
Some experience with Clinical Trials & Pharmacy
A strong bias for action
Passion for turning ideas into deliverables – and seeing ideas through to delivery
Ability to constantly reassess assumptions and priorities
Responsibilities
Define product strategy and roadmap to deliver product features that delight customers and achieve expected business outcomes.
Gather and analyze information to define and prioritize product requirements incorporating customer research, usability studies and market analysis.
Act as the voice of customers to UX and engineering teams.
Be our product evangelist - engage directly with customers and partners.
Work with the UX and Engineering teams to prioritize backlog, articulate clear scenarios and user stories, plan sprints, and deliver features.
Focus on customer development, identify lead customers, track customer feedback, and validate hypotheses through design partnerships.
Work closely with Program Management to manage the product release process from definition through delivery and ongoing maintenance.

Responsibilities
As a member of the product development division, you will define product specifications and or strategy. Gather and analyze information to define product specifications and review design specifications. Communicate product strategy and functionality. Initiate and foster relationships with other groups. Review product documentation and collateral. Ensure successful product releases based on corporate priorities.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $74,700 to $178,100 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
