Description
We are offering a contract-to-permanent employment opportunity for a Senior Project Manager with an Agency based in Atlanta, Georgia. As a Senior Project Manager, you will be at the forefront of our creative services, leading our project management staff, mentoring entry level team members, and maintaining excellent customer relations.
Responsibilities:
• Lead the management and optimization of account/project staff
• Provide mentorship to entry level staff and new employees
• Maintain and apply knowledge of facility procedures, operations, and protocols
• Direct creative teams to execute briefs accurately and efficiently
• Establish excellent customer relations through proactive communication on project status
• Track and input data related to work components and updates into the project tracking system
• Demonstrate understanding in areas of Creative Services including design, print production, and prepress
• Attend client meetings and project management status calls, bringing in appropriate resources from Creative Services when needed
• Set project milestones, create project estimates, and monitor schedules, ensuring all deliverable deadlines are met
• Monitor client budgets for accuracy and timeliness, providing proactive updates on project status
• Track and report on quality metrics, strategize with the client and deliver services, which will attract and retain customer loyalty
• Apply broad knowledge of catalog/retail, packaging, and print production workflows.
Requirements
• Proven experience in the Printing/Publishing industry
• Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems
• Solid understanding of budget processes and cost management
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
• Familiarity with creative services and their application in a business setting
• Competence in using Adobe Creative Cloud and other relevant design software
• Knowledge and experience in Pop Displays design and execution
• Expertise in print production, including an understanding of the technical aspects
• Strong background in digital advertising, including strategy development and execution
• Prior experience in a digital agency environment, preferably in a leadership role
