• Design server farms

• Guide installations and migrations

• Design MOSS architecture (site collections, site group and permission, content type)

• Perform capacity planning

• Apply SharePoint best practices

• Lead customer SharePoint engagements

  Required Skills/Experience

• Proficiency with SharePoint WSS, SSP, WCM, including the creation of custom web parts

• Experience consulting with clients on the design and business value of portal solutions

• Strong understanding of collaboration processes and issues

• C# development experience within the .NET framework (including analysis and application design)

• Excellent consulting skills and the ability to work effectively with clients and team members

• Experience managing in an onsite/offshore delivery model

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Experience with SharePoint 2010 is desirable
