We are offering an exciting opportunity in the Service industry, based in Atlanta, Georgia. We are in search of a Tax Sr. - Corporate to join our team. The role involves responsibilities associated with corporate tax compliance and partnership tax, among other duties.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure accurate processing and recording of corporate tax transactions

• Ensure adherence to tax compliance obligations as per local, state, and federal laws

• Analyze financial data to ensure correct tax filings

• Maintain detailed records of all corporate tax payments and returns

• Collaborate with other departments for the effective handling of tax-related matters

• Conduct regular reviews of tax procedures and policies to ensure the organization's compliance with changing tax laws

• Assist with tax audits and tax returns

• Research discrepancies of financial information and tax filings

• Advise on tax strategies and implications of business decisions

• Liaise with external auditors and manage tax audits.

  Requirements

• Possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in the field of Corporate Tax

• Demonstrable proficiency in Corporate Tax Compliance

• Experience in Partnership Tax is required

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in related field, such as accounting or finance

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities

• Demonstrated ability to work independently and within a team

• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

• Proficiency in using tax software and Microsoft Office Suite

• Knowledge of current financial legislation and regulations

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or other relevant certification is preferred

• Demonstrable ethical behavior in the real estate industry.
