Robert Half Sr. Compensation Analyst (Contract remote) in Atlanta, Georgia

Description

Robert Half HR Solutions is seeking a contract remote Senior Compensation Analyst to support our client based in Atlanta, Georgia. This contract engagement can be fully remote. As a Senior Compensation Analyst, you will be analyzing and evaluating internal and external data regarding salaries and benefits, providing ongoing coaching and support to the HR team and other managers, and managing compensation projects. You will be working remotely with the opportunity to engage with a team of professionals dedicated to maintaining high industry standards.

This contract Compensation engagement will be open ended, and lasting until the end of 2024 with the strong likelihood to extend into 2025. This consultant will be part of a team of other analysts, and will divide responsibilities as they play to each person's strengths. The ability to handle compensation work independently is critical to the success of this engagement.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze and evaluate internal and external data regarding salaries and benefits to support the development and implementation of compensation plans.

• Provide ongoing coaching and support to the HR team and other managers regarding pay decisions, policy interpretations, and job evaluations.

• Collaborate with HR teams to manage compensation projects such as survey participation, compensation structures, and job descriptions.

• Conduct ongoing audits of compensation data to ensure accuracy and compliance.

• Manage company-wide incentive programs that span geographies and departments.

• Utilize skills in Annual Compensation, Compensation - Base, Compensation Administration, Compensation Analysis, and Compensation Benchmarking to enhance the compensation strategy.

• Collaborate with the Director of Total Rewards to ensure all compensation plans align with the company's strategic objectives.

• Ensure all compensation decisions and policies adhere to federal and state laws and regulations.

• Collaborate with HR teams to manage compensation projects such as survey participation, compensation structures, and job descriptions.

• Maintain updated knowledge of industry trends and changes in compensation strategy and policy.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Compensation Analyst or in a similar role

• Proficiency in Annual Compensation planning and execution

• Proficient in Compensation - Base, with the ability to design and implement base compensation structures

• Experience in Compensation Administration, including managing compensation packages and policies

• Strong skills in Compensation Analysis, including the ability to analyze compensation data and provide recommendations

• Experience in Compensation Benchmarking, including comparing organization's compensation packages against industry standards

• Proficiency in conducting and interpreting Compensation Surveys

• Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
