Altium Packaging Sr. Director, Enterprise Resource Planning in Atlanta, Georgia

The ERP Director is responsible for leading the company's ERP transformation initiative and providing strategic direction to the ERP Support and Integration teams. This critical IT leadership role will be responsible for designing, implementing, and deploying a new ERP system (Oracle Cloud) to streamline business processes, improve efficiency, and support the company's growth objectives.

Responsibilities

• Align with Business Goals: Establish ERP goals and objectives that align with Altium's overall strategic direction.• Develop Strategy & Plans: Develop business plans and strategies for advancing Altium's ERP system.• Lead & Motivate Teams: Lead and manage the ERP Support team and the ERP Integration team, providing ongoing maintenance and technical expertise to end-users, and integrating newly acquired companies onto Altium's ERP system.• Project Management: Manage the ERP implementation lifecycle from design to deployment, ensuring stakeholder buy-in and sign-off.• Technical Expertise: Configure Oracle Cloud modules (Financials, Supply Chain, CX) to align with business needs, and lead the development of custom solutions, reports, integrations, conversions, and extensions.• Communication & Reporting: Advise the IS leadership and Executive leadership on strategic updates, present reports on the ERP environment and team performance to leadership.• Resource Management: Manage project scope, schedule, financial investments, and resources. Select, manage, and collaborate with implementation partners. Build relationships with external experts and agencies to scale resources based on demand.• Change Management: Leverage Altium's change management toolkit to lead change and develop and implement a post-go-live support structure for the transformed ERP environment. Lead change initiatives through process and metrics-based leadership.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or related field • 5-10 years of experience leading and implementing large-scale ERP transformations, with a focus on Oracle Cloud.• Proven experience in transitioning complex ERP platforms and managing data conversions.• 8-10 years of experience managing and leading project teams (direct reports and consultants).• Experience with Waterfall and Agile methodologies.• Strong understanding of enterprise architecture and integration principles.• Experience leading and managing IT support teams.• Demonstrated ability to build and lead high-performing teams.• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.• Ability to travel within the US (up to 10-20%).

Preferred Qualifications

Master's degree in computer science, information systems, or related field.
