Inspire Brands Sr. Manager, Product, Martech & Customer Data in Atlanta, Georgia

As a Product Sr. Manager, you get to shape the strategy and vision for this team that delivers on those data products. You will be responsible for the end-to-end product lifecycle for all data products encompassing customer and marketing domain. This includes, but is not limited to, data platform product, analytics products, and implementation/management of Martech stack. The Product Sr. Manager must not only be able to develop new ideas for products but deliver them through a well synchronized and prioritized product roadmap.

Customer Marketing forms a cornerstone capability for Inspire to increase value for the company and its franchisees. This capability, in large part, is driven by foundational data products and Martech stack that powers the various strategy development initiatives, campaigns, offers, customer facing applications, analytics, reporting and more.

You will do this by collaborating with cross-functional teams, including business, vendors, other product teams, engineering, data science, data & analytics, business intelligence, and customer marketing/digital experience teams. The role focuses on delivering business value to drive sales and improving stakeholder satisfaction through the production of a quality solution.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Product strategy: Develop and manage Customer and Marketing data product strategy that incorporates product goals, stakeholder, and franchisee needs, with an objective to drive value for everyone. Establish objective goals for the product with success and acceptance criteria using meaningful metrics, KPIs, and quantifiable business outcome. Owns and manages business cases, and adherence to budget. Evaluate market analysis and maintain knowledge of industry innovations and technology platforms to inform strategy for product.

  • Roadmap planning and prioritization: Translate strategy into a roadmap containing well-defined capabilities, initiatives, and enablers that will realize the product’s vision through incremental value creation for both Inspire and its franchisees. Allocate and manage work across different product teams to ensure alignment and execution using Agile principles. Apply rigorous prioritization approach ensure that high value items are delivered at the right time.

  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams while driving consensus and execution across all aspects of product lifecycle. Own development of and providing progress updates to internal and external stakeholders in a timely manner. Provides guidance on design of products while keeping in mind dependencies and integration with other products across the enterprise.

  • Vendor Management: Manage all aspects of Vendor relationships and contracts. Works effectively with them on requirements, deliverables, and economics.

  • Leadership Responsibilities: Lead and mentor a high-performing team of Product Managers and Analysts to continuously develop and enhance Customer Products while enhancing Product Management capabilities across teams. Own development of Team OKRs while monitoring and updating progress; Drive accountability across stakeholders through relevant metrics

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS

  • 4 Year Degree-Bachelor's Degree Preferred

  • 8 years of Product management experience working on data platforms or related technology solutions

  • 4 years of team management and/or leadership experience

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS or ABILITIES

  • 8+ years of experience as product manager preferably in QSR or Hospitality industry

  • 4+ years of working experience with Martech stack (such as CDP, CRM, CMS, etc.) and experience working directly with Marketing leaders

  • 4+ years of experience leading a team of product managers and analysts

  • Proven track record over multiple years as an individual contributor product manager responsible for value and viability of solutions.

  • Proven track record of coaching and developing other people. Demonstrate a clear understanding of your role as the primary coach of your product managers, and how that differs from managing products directly.

  • Proven ability to engage with both individual contributors and leaders of all levels in constructive and collaborative relationships.

  • Demonstrate servant-based leadership and knowledge of leading by context.

  • Familiarity with machine learning concepts and model deployments

  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions, able to collect and synthesize information, making it relevant and actionable for key stakeholders

  • Clear communicator and documentation skills with excellent writing, presentation, and influencing capabilities

  • Has experience in working in a matrix business environment driving collaboration, consensus, and alignment across teams

  • Manage disagreements and conflicts across teams to prevent goals from being derailed.

  • Deep understanding of marketing strategies, customer segmentation, and data analytics.

  • Strong collaborator with ability to work laterally and drive alignment across the organization

  • Is results oriented with ability to operate in ambiguity and deliver tangible business results

  • Experience working with teams across geographies is a plus
