TK Elevator is currently seeking a Sr. Strategic Sourcing Manager in Atlanta, GA.

Responsible for strategy development, execution, leading strategic sourcing events, and negotiating acceptable terms and conditions with suppliers according to TK Elevator's approved processes to mitigate risk.

This role collaborates with the wider PSM team to drive spend compliance into established supply chain strategies to maximize Return On Investment (ROI) on shared categories of spend.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Manage a team of professionals to develop, collaborate, and implement strategies for sustainable and ethical sourcing, ensuring compliance with environmental regulations and corporate social responsibility (CSR) standards Collaborate within PSM, Leadership, and various operational departments to advance the company's initiatives to meet company goals. Deliver current-year savings goals and contribute to a 3-year savings pipeline robust category value plans that allow optimal service levels and lowest possible total cost of ownership. Develop relationships with key internal TKE business leaders to support the creation of a world-class procurement experience. Ensure that all sourcing activities, including negotiation, drafting, and management of supplier contracts comply with company policies, relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards, including import/export regulations and trade compliance. Identify and lead cross-functional and continuous improvement activities. Leads Spend Data Analytics and Reporting, eSourcing, and contract management for the assigned clusters/categories/projects Drive spend compliance into established supply chain strategies. Leads Quarterly Business Reviews, develops, and maintains strong relationships with key suppliers to foster long-term partnerships and ensure business continuity. Develop and implement supplier corrective action and recovery plans as required with internal stakeholders Partner with global strategic sourcing colleagues to leverage enterprise-wide Purchase Volume (PVO) enabling a TCO (total cost of ownership) approach. Mentor and develop team members, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and career growth within the organization. Develop and drive opportunities to eliminate waste from the overall supply chain, with a continuous improvement mindset. Develops activity-based plans that allow the supply base to support the achievement of the TKE sustainability goals. Conduct benchmarking studies and gather market intelligence to stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and competitive pricing. Leads initiatives to integrate new technologies and innovations into sourcing and procurement processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE: Bachelor's degree required: Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or Business Administration. Experience instead of a degree will be considered. 10 years of sourcing and supplier relations experience 8 years leading Procurement teams at a Managerial level. 5 years in the OEM elevator industry or similar business Expert understanding of strategic sourcing and procurement best practices, processes, procedures and strategies. Advanced understanding of supply landscapes, manufacturing, and product lifecycles. Ability to work with ambiguous data and transform it into a clear story for analysis and decision-making. Understand total spend, pricing structure, commercial terms, market influencers that impact materials or services, purchased finished products, and manufactured assemblies with a particular knowledge of market dynamics, cost drivers, and supply chain. Demonstrated negotiation skills including a TCO approach. Experience with ERP systems, Spend Data Analytics and Reporting, eSourcing, eAuctions and contract management systems. Skilled at change management; well-honed "radar" for stakeholder management Exce lent communication skills: written, verbal, and presentation skills; Excellent managerial and organizational skills Proactive, dynamic, self-driven, able to achieve results utilizing data and collaboration as key tools of influence. Exceptional persuasion and interpersonal skills to interact with suppliers, business leaders, and all other internal stakeholders. Proficient in Microsoft Office; Oracle; Advanced Excel abilities (pivot tables, VLookup, macros, charting/graphing). High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency to deliver results.
