Job Description

Insight Global is partnering with a subsidiary of an Investment Advisory Firm, which is their growing Tax Firm. Currently, they are looking for a Tax Operations Manager for to join their team in Atlanta, GA who has a passion for client services to oversee the daily operations of the tax practice and drive growth by refining processes and streamlining across multiple departments. This is a permanent job opportunity with a salary range of $75,000-100,000 + 10% bonus. This position requires to work onsite 5x/week for an initial ramp-up period, then will move to a hybrid setting in the future.

Core Responsibilities:

Manage the daily operations across all practice functions (tax advisory, return preparation,

bookkeeping, administration, and client services)

Direct strategic planning for the practice

Collaborate with internal and external teams to further integrate the Firms tax and investment

advisory services

Build reporting frameworks to manage operational efficiency and inform optimized resource

allocation

Leverage existing systems and technology to refine workflows and processes

Coordinate regular professional development and upskilling opportunities for the team

Skills and Requirements

Bachelor's Degree

5+ years of experience working in an operational role within an Accounting/Tax Firm

Experience with Tax preparation (filing, documentation, etc.)

Experience with Tax Planning Softwares (Lacerte, SafeSend, etc.)

Experience managing people highly preferred null
