Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business process management, industrial engineering, supply chain or equivalent practical experience.

• 2 years of experience in program management.

• Experience leading organizational change initiatives and implementation of software solutions to improve efficiency for supply chain operations.

• Experience managing data-driven insights and reports (e.g., data analysis, data warehousing, data querying, data visualization, data governance, design).

Preferred qualifications:

• 3 years of experience in capacity/supply/demand planning, operations, or supply chain/planning software development program management.

• 2 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.

• Experience in Looker, Tableau, metrics dashboards, data visualization, or Google Suite (e.g., calendar, sheets, drive, documents, forms, etc.).

• Experience in PMP, Six Sigma (Green or Black), DMAIC, Lean, Value Stream Mapping, SIPOC, SCIPAB, and other quality tools.

The Equipment Supply Chain (ESC) team leads the effort to build systems, tools, and processes. ESC covers planning, commodity management, manufacturing, New Product Introduction, product life-cycle management, logistics, and supply chain business operations.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $122,000-$178,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. • Prioritize tasks, manage timelines, track progress, mitigate risks, ensure on-time delivery, and drive program delivery, from requirement gathering to post-launch support.
