Google Technical Program Manager II, Supply Chain, Google Cloud in Atlanta, Georgia

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business process management, industrial engineering, supply chain or equivalent practical experience.

  • 2 years of experience in program management.

  • Experience leading organizational change initiatives and implementation of software solutions to improve efficiency for supply chain operations.

  • Experience managing data-driven insights and reports (e.g., data analysis, data warehousing, data querying, data visualization, data governance, design).

Preferred qualifications:

  • 3 years of experience in capacity/supply/demand planning, operations, or supply chain/planning software development program management.

  • 2 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.

  • Experience in Looker, Tableau, metrics dashboards, data visualization, or Google Suite (e.g., calendar, sheets, drive, documents, forms, etc.).

  • Experience in PMP, Six Sigma (Green or Black), DMAIC, Lean, Value Stream Mapping, SIPOC, SCIPAB, and other quality tools.

As a Technical Program Manager at Google, you’ll use your technical expertise to lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish. You’ll work with stakeholders to plan requirements, identify risks, manage project schedules, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. You're equally comfortable explaining your team's analyses and recommendations to executives as you are discussing the technical tradeoffs in product development with engineers.

The Equipment Supply Chain (ESC) team leads the effort to build systems, tools, and processes. ESC covers planning, commodity management, manufacturing, New Product Introduction, product life-cycle management, logistics, and supply chain business operations.

The mission is to enhance scalability and efficiency of ESC’s operations by enabling the automation of systems, establishing sustainable processes and creation of data insights to streamline decision-making.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $122,000-$178,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.   • Prioritize tasks, manage timelines, track progress, mitigate risks, ensure on-time delivery, and drive program delivery, from requirement gathering to post-launch support.

  • Track key metrics, analyze performance, and guide business strategy based on data insights.

  • Map existing processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement streamlined workflows, and refine processes and tools to support efficiency and achieve business objectives.

  • Drive adoption of new tools and processes through effective communication, training, and support.

  • Partner with diverse teams, including business stakeholders, engineers, and end-users.
