ABOUT THE ROLE Are you a detail-oriented multitasker with a passion for keeping marketing projects on track? As a Traditional Marketing Project Specialist, you’ll be the go-to expert for managing workflows, maintaining schedules, and building strong relationships with clients. Supporting some of America’s favorite QSR brands, you’ll juggle multiple projects while ensuring quality and deadlines are met with precision. If you’re a pro at turning chaos into clarity, we want you on our team!

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Workflow Wizard: Manage scheduling, processing, and trafficking of deliverables from kickoff to completion, ensuring projects move seamlessly through our creative pipeline.

• Project Planner: Support the creation and in-take of detailed project plans and timelines, keeping everyone aligned and on track.

• Deck Dynamo: Collaborate with creatives to develop and maintain presentation decks, ensuring accuracy and clarity throughout the process.

• Tracking Pro: Monitor project progress, capture client feedback during live reviews, and provide status updates to stakeholders.

• Efficiency Expert: Identify opportunities to improve processes and workflows, helping the team deliver even faster and better.

• Client Relations Builder: Serve as a key contact between clients and the Creative Services team, ensuring smooth communications and collaboration.

WHAT YOU BRING

• Experience: 2+ years of experience spent working at a creative agency or in a marketing role. A keen understanding of Workfront or similar project management tools is a plus!

• Communication Guru: You’re a master of clear, concise communication and can distill complex timelines into easy-to-grasp nuggets for both clients and creatives.

• Creative Ally: You’re not just a project manager—you’re the glue that holds the creative vision together, balancing resources and timelines to make it all seamlessly happen.

• Client Whisperer: Building relationships and translating client needs into actionable plans? That’s your superpower.

• Adaptability Pro: Shifting deadlines and scope changes? No problem. You pivot with ease and professionalism.

• Multitasking Maven: You thrive in fast-paced environments, balancing long-term project timelines with last-minute adjustments and quick turn requests.

EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum 4 years – Bachelor’s Degree

• Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, business, or related fields and/or experience working in a brand marketing role or agency environment

EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATION 2+ years

DECISION-MAKING AUTHORITY

•This role will have decision making authority over day-to-day work and will have approval authority as delegated and allowed by their manager.
