Primary Responsibility :

The VP of Global Corporate Applications, Data, and Enterprise Architecture is responsible for the long-term vision, leadership and strategic direction for global corporate applications, data and enterprise architecture at Americold. Responsibilities for global corporate applications include the support and optimization of all global corporate software applications including Oracle ERP, Oracle HCM, Oracle PPM, Oracle EPM, RecVue, Tax Applications, Kronos, and i3PL, etc. Responsibilities for Data include global oversight of, i3PL integrations, Data Lake, Reporting Tools, Master Data Management and all aspects of data integration. Responsibilities for Enterprise Architecture include overall Enterprise Architecture for all Americold information technology and integrations with Operational Technology Architecture. The Global lead will have dotted line responsibility for overseeing regional corporate applications, data and functional architecture teams (Security, Infrastructure, etc.)

What You'll Do : Provide a global perspective on all information technology applications and data used across all regions and functions globally, incorporating regional priorities and requirements into global plan and roadmap Interact with global functional and IT leads to establish key priorities and themes to address and incorporate into the roadmap Act as a global change agent and leader who enables good business outcomes for the global functional teams and operations through the implementation of the roadmap they are responsible for executing against Direct the operations and work activities of the Technology Application Owners, Business Analyst and Development teams in support of business functions Develop short and long-term strategies and roadmaps for all functional technologies within this area Provide supervision of the team to include hiring, work allocation, scheduling, training and professional development, problem resolution, performance evaluation and related supervisory activities Determine applications architecture and strategy, providing vision, problem anticipation and problem solving to the teams involved in systems analysis, reporting and applications development Ensure Master Data is maintained and managed through Master Data Management tools and processes in cooperation and coordination with the global data owners and process owners. Implement / execute against policies and procedures, technical standards, change management, methods, and priorities Communicate with Executive Management in establishing strategy, goals and priorities Plan, execute, monitor and manage projects / sprints from initiation through delivery and commissioning Provide leadership to multiple parties, both within and outside the company, to define requirements, establish the system design and manage to deliverables and timelines Support the negotiation and implementation of contracts and manage budgets when for their cost center Identify new technologies and determine their applicability to the organization's long-term needs and goals Develop and maintain appropriate relationships with all customers (external/internal) to facilitate the successful accomplishment of business objectives

What Experience and Education You Need : Minimum 15 years of experience information technology field Minimum 10 years leading global enterprise-wide system management Demonstrated success in leading a large and diverse team of IT professionals to create and maintain a professional, service-oriented environment Oracle ERP required Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Management Information Systems, Business, or related field is required
