Adecco is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Wealth Management IRA Specialist to join our client’s team in Atlanta, GA. In this position, you will play a crucial role in managing complex IRA accounts and providing exceptional client service.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) required.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the Private Banking space, with a focus on IRA retirement, wealth management, and client relationship management.

  • Strong proficiency in systems such as PACE, CMT, SALESFORCE, and FIRST.

  • Intermediate-level Microsoft Office Suite skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the IRA Resource Center AOP WIP and complex situations requiring advanced technical expertise.

  • Review and approve AOP WIP submissions, monitor progress, and authorize a wide range of new account engagements.

  • Service the Enterprise-wide Private Bank and niche external clients.

  • Collaborate with internal partners (FA’s, Sales, Tax, Compliance, SAM, ART, Operations, Technology Groups, and Trust Administration) to ensure accurate, timely, and efficient administration.

  • Manage business risk under the guidance of senior team members.

  • Act as a technical resource for the team and field-based officers.

Pay Details: $35.17 per hour
