Job Overview:Â Â

AsaFront Desk Associate,you’llbe responsible forprovidingexceptional customer service. Meets and greets residents; checks guests and serviceproviders in/out. Able to understand and react to emergency response and access controlprocedures;monitorsandoperateselectronic security control systems; and accuratelymaintainsdaily logs,recordsand forms.Assistswith general concierge services and performsadministrative clerical,Wordand Excel document work. Walks the building premises as directedfor monitoring purposes.Â

Your Responsibilities:Â Â

  • Providesexceptional customer service.ÂÂ

  • Meets and greets residents; checks guests and serviceproviders in/out.ÂÂ

  • Able to understand and react to emergency response and access controlprocedures;monitorsandoperateselectronic security control systems; and accuratelymaintainsdaily logs,recordsand forms.ÂÂ

  • Assistswith general concierge services and performsadministrative clerical,Wordand Excel document work.ÂÂ

  • Walks the building premises as directedfor monitoring purposesÂ

  • Monitors and controls access to the buildingÂ

  • Resolves and follows-up on all complaints/issues, escalating to supervisor if necessaryÂ

  • Providesgeneral concierge services as well as administrative clerical work when neededÂ

  • Helpsmaintaina safe and secure environment throughout the building/property(s)Â

  • Walks the building premises as directed for monitoring purposesÂ

  • Have the ability tounderstand and complete all required formsÂ

  • May be assigned other duties by supervisorÂ

Skills & Qualifications:Â Â

  • Ability to manage multiple prioritiesÂ

  • Demonstrates excellent customer service,communicationand time management skills.Â

  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Applications, especially Outlook,Wordand Excel.ÂÂ

  • Command of information system hardware/software is preferredÂ

  • Good written and verbal communication skillsÂ

  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skillsrequiredÂ

  • Computer and peripherals, standard and customized softwareapplicationsand tools, and usualoffice equipment.Â

  • Ability toquickly and easily navigatethe property/buildingasrequiredto meet the jobfunctionsÂ

  • Ability to lift 30 – 50lbsÂ

  • Requires standing, sitting position forlong periodsof time, walking and occasionalclimbing when necessaryÂ

  • Handle, finger, grasp and lift objects and packages; must be able to reach with handsand armsÂ

  • The employeeis required towork at a personal computer for extended periods of timeas well as talking on the phone for extended periods of timeÂÂ

  • Must have the ability to detect auditory and/or visual emergency alarmsÂ

  • Occasional overtime may berequiredÂ

  • Must have the ability to work extended/flexible hours, weekends, and attend Boardmeetings.Â
