New Hope, Inc. Disability Education Specialist in Attleboro, Massachusetts

The Disability Education Specialist will work with the Arc of Bristol County to develop curriculum, materials, and training on trauma-informed, accessible services for survivors of sexual and domestic violence with disabilities. This grant-funded role promotes New Hopes core values of respect, teamwork, empowerment, and professionalism, with funding secured through September 30, 2026. Key responsibilities include creating policies on mandatory reporting and sexual assault response, leading internal training on these and disability-access topics, and reviewing agency practices to enhance accessibility. The Specialist will also design the onboarding curriculum for new staff, represent New Hope at community events, attend regular team meetings and supervision sessions, ensure timely data submission for grant compliance, and provide SANE medical advocacy coverage for a minimum of two shifts per month. Additional duties may be assigned by the Senior Director of Community Impact and DEI.
