The Administrative Assistant will perform a variety of administrative duties. Supports nonexecutive employees or groups in the organization. Work generally requires knowledge of company practices, policies, programs and/or product lines. Resolves routine and non-routine inquiries. Has full proficiency in using business software applications (e.g., word processing, presentation and spreadsheet) to prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, agendas, minutes, etc. Responsibilities include calendaring, document preparation and management, correspondence, travel arrangements, and meeting/travel coordination. Works with a limited degree of supervision and follows established procedures and practices. May act as an informal resource for colleagues with less experience.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support for the site purchase requisition process

  • Travel logistics support to team members

  • Managing, tracking and documenting commercial contracts

  • Supporting day-to-day operations of the office including new hire on-boarding, distribution list management, ensuring office supplies are sufficient

  • Leading customer engagement logistics including organizing innovation center schedules

  • Guiding/tracking team members on company policies and expectations – training responsibilities, expense report compliance, protection of proprietary information

Requirements

  • HS Diploma or G.E.D required

  • Knowledge of and proficiency in business software
