Job Title: Mold Setter

Job Description

Our staff is currently hiring for a Mold Setter. Your primary role will be to perform 4-5 mold changes per shift in a 2-man team. You'll be responsible for creating secondary parts that are dispatched to other plants for assembly before being delivered to customers. You can expect to work 8-hour shifts, 6 days per week on average, with occasional 7-day work weeks. This is a direct-hire position.

Hard Skills

• Mold Setting

• Machine troubleshooting & repair (water, air, and hydraulic lines)

• Hilo and crane operation

Work Environment

Our work environment is a clean, new manufacturing facility with a smaller floor. We operate smaller extrusion machines compared to plastic injection machinery, including dual profile rotary, double-shot injection presses, Engels, and Van Dorns. We also utilize 60-ton overhead cranes
