About the Role

You can expect exciting and challenging tasks in close cooperation with our European plants and our development departments, including in the area of the 6 Sigma method and FMEA.

Your Responsibilities

  • Leading the small team “Quality Methods”

  • Training on A3 method in all areas

  • Supporting the divisions in dedicated issues on the job floor, in the production

  • Reviewing our 8Ds on a formal aspect to secure valid method of solving the case

  • Practice Lessons Learned out of the known issues to improve our future

  • Know-How in process optimization (value stream mapping, lean, quality process)

Who we are looking for

  • Completed university degree in Engineering (Electronic, Mechanic, Mechatronic)

  • 5 years relevant experience in Quality Problem Solving

  • Knowledge/Experience in Quality Processes and Continuous Improvement

  • Comprehensive knowledge of English/German (speak & write)

  • Willingness to trave (plant visits in Europe)

Your preferred qualifications

  • Knowledge/Experience in Lean methods

  • 6-Sigma methods

  • Process definition
