They offer a variety of cranes and equipment for rent, provide rigging and transportation services, and assist with crane placement and load planning. Their clients include construction companies and industrial firms needing specialized lifting solutions.\ \ TheOffice Managerjob inLewiston, Maineis responsible for managing daily office operations, providing exceptional customer service, handling phone and in-person inquiries, and ensuring smooth administrative functions. Youll have a solid understanding of office procedures and customer service principles. This is a full-time position.\ \ Office Manager Qualifications:

  • High School Graduate or equivalent
  • 2+ Years of experience in an administrative role
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite required; familiarity with AP/AR software encouraged but not necessary
  • Ability to type 50 WPM
  • Ability to handle a variety of tasks including phone communication, in-person interactions, and office management
  • Attitude: Customer-focused, kind, and willing to help
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
  • Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening (no marijuana use)

\ Office Manager Details:

  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
  • Pay Rate: \$20 - \$25 per hour
  • Start Date: ASAP
