Textron Specialized Vehicles Inc. is a leading global manufacturer of golf cars, utility and personal transportation

vehicles, snowmobiles, side-by-sides, all-terrain vehicles, professional turf-care equipment, and ground support

equipment. Textron Specialized Vehicles markets products under several different brands. Its vehicles are found in

environments ranging from golf courses to factories, airports to planned communities, and theme parks to hunting

preserves.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the administration, monitoring, and maintenance of the company's infrastructure.

• Performing daily asset and inventory management.

• Create and maintain IT documentation for all assets and tickets created.

• Develop, support, and control scripts for internal use only in vbscript or SQL.

• Act as a junior IT process controller and ensure that all systems meet or exceed agreed upon SLA’s andOLA’s.

• Run regular secondary IT system monitoring.

• Work with peers across the entire Textron enterprise to continuously improve time to market, cost andcustomer satisfaction for the business.

• Provide technical and analytical guidance as it relates to PCs, servers, networking, and other technicalsystems in the business.

• Interface with various corporate IT groups such as the Change Advisory Board and the SAP center ofexcellence.

• Interface and develop relationships with 3rd party suppliers.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field required

• Years of Experience: P1- 0 years of experience required

• Software Knowledge: SQL
