ADP Full Level Tax Coordinator I in Augusta, Georgia

ADP is hiring a FLT Coordinator I. In this position you will be responsible for coordinating the Full level Tax (FLT) process for new small business clients as they transition to ADP. Gathers historical tax and payroll related information working with Client/Implementation/Sales. Works with client data in all applicable applications. Works effectively to set proper expectations to achieve total client satisfaction and contribute to first year client retention. Identifies and resolves out-of-balance and deposit variance issues. Coordinates quarter end process for FLT clients to meet quarterly FLT deadlines. Provides information to both client and internal business partners regarding FLT inquiries. Escalates urgent client inquiries as appropriate. Complexity varies with position level.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Reviews FLT Orders for completeness.

  • Contacts clients via phone and email to explain the FLT process and/or to obtain missing FLT items. Sends applicable system generated letters, Missing information, Out-Of-Balance (OOB), FLT drop, and FLT complete, as required.

  • Prepares FLT spreadsheets from FLT Application and client source documents.

  • Handles complex client set ups including multi-jurisdiction, large employee count, special taxation, identifies and troubleshoots OOBs and contacts client regarding OOBs and debit approval.

  • Ensures FLT status indicators and Clarify/Start Manager are properly updated Notifies Client and Sales Associate of potential client ineligibility as a result of missing data or unresolved issues.

  • Manages wipbins within the FLT and Clarify applications providing updates to FLT TSS and/or Management upon request

  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

  • 1 - 3 Years of Directly Related Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree or its equivalent in education and experience with a Major Area of Concentration in Accounting, Math, Business Administration or related

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Preference will be given to candidates who have the following:

  • Active progress towards a bachelors degree will be considered

  • Previous experience working with clients in a fast paced, highly complex, deadline oriented service environment.

  • Prior payroll knowledge and/or experience highly desirable.

  • Prior internal ADP experience and knowledge highly desirable

  • Effective organization skills including the ability to prioritize issues, to work under the pressure of time constraints, and to follow up on outstanding issues without being prompted.

  • Ability to utilize available resources before seeking assistance.

  • Ability to accurately enter data into spreadsheets and reports.

  • Ability to create basic spreadsheets and reports.

  • Ability to follow established processes and procedures.

  • Ability to communicate effectively by speaking, listening, and writing.

  • Ability to mentor and provide feedback to other associates without direct supervisory authority.
