Description

We are looking for a Human Resources (HR) Manager to join our client's team in Augusta, Georgia. The role involves overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy

• Oversee the hiring process, which includes coordinating job postings, reviewing resumes, conducting interviews and carrying out background checks

• Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues

• Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management

• Utilize HR systems such as ADP - Financial Services and ADP Workforce Now to streamline HR processes

• Oversee employee benefit programs and ensure they are in line with industry standards

• Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, applying new perks and benefits and organizing team building activities

• Manage and oversee the management of employee relations issues such as harassment allegations, work complaints, or other employee concerns

• Ensure all procedures comply with legal regulations and best practices

• Develop training and development programs to improve employee performance and satisfaction.

Requirements • Must possess at least 3 years of experience in a Human Resources role

• Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services and ADP Workforce Now

• Knowledge of ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode is required

• Experience with Ceridian software is essential

• Must be able to demonstrate proficiency in HCM

• Needs to have knowledge of Benefit Functions within an HR context

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are necessary

• Must have a good understanding of Compliance within an HR setting

• Experience in Employee Relations is required

• Must be proficient in Hiring Processes and best practices
