Job Description:
Augusta Family Medicine, a hospital employed, outpatient family medicine practice is looking for an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join their incredible team!
Join a team of 5 physicians, 6 physician assistants, 2 nurse practitioners, 2 on-site psychiatric mental health NP's, care management and licensed clinical social workers in providing a full range of health care services for patients in the Kennebec Valley region. Manage your own panel of patients, providing team-based care in collaboration with practice medical staff and care management. Call responsibility is shared and initial triage is conducted first.
The practice is co-located with an Express Care practice, with imaging services conveniently located within the building. Enjoy a 32 hour clinical work week and the benefit of a designated 8 hour administrative day.
