TheReferral Specialistjob inWaterville, Maineis responsible for coordinating and completing referrals ordered by providers, ensuring timely appointments, obtaining insurance authorizations, and maintaining accurate documentation. Youll have a solid understanding of interdepartmental communications and will have strong organizational skills. This is a full time position.

Referral Specialist Qualifications:

• Exceptional attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.

• Excellent customer service, telephone etiquette, and communication skills.

Required Skills:

• High School Diploma or GED

• One year prior experience in office setting required

• Strong understanding of medical terminology

Referral Specialist Details:

• Schedule: Monday - Friday, First Shift, 40 hours per week; assignment lasting approx 4 weeks

• Pay Rate: \$17.50-20/per hour

• Start Date: ASAP
