As an Oracle VBCS Implementation Architect, you will serve as a trusted advisor to the customers, providing expert mentorship on Oracle VBCS and Oracle Integration Cloud. You will drive discussions to identify gaps and challenges to help craft and define customer Integration requirements and visions. You will lead the entire project lifecycle, from requirement gathering and solution design to guiding the development team and convincing the customer to adopt the appropriate processes and tools. You will also engage with various DevOps tools, helping to define and evolve standard practices and procedures within the software engineering division You will work independently on development and issue resolution, ensure timely delivery of project artifacts, and provide comprehensive support throughout the implementation, coordinating closely with the customer, internal team, and product teams to drive the successful deployment of the Oracle Integration Cloud solution.

You have experience collaborating with business stakeholders to understand their functional requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
You are passionate about customer service, with a strong customer focus, excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
You are an experienced Oracle VBCS Consultant with a consistent track record of designing and delivering high-scale, high-impact solutions
You have good understanding of design and development methodologies
You will Identify potential risks, problem areas and develop procedures that provide effective workarounds/resolution customer(s).
You have a broader view across multiple processes associated with the Oracle Integration Cloud ecosystem, like, Integration of OIC with Oracle SaaS, Partner products/services and third-party systems
You stay up to date on the latest Oracle Integration Cloud technologies and best practices through continuous learning.
Preferred Qualifications
BE, BTech, MCA, or equivalent preferred
10+ years of experience working on large-scale IT implementations involving Middleware integration components
Worked on at least 4 end-to-end implementations with Oracle VBCS and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
Deep functional knowledge of integrations and business processes wrt Oracle SaaS ERP, HCM, SCM, etc.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and master unfamiliar concepts quickly with little supervision
Understanding of inherent tools and technologies of SaaS Applications (FBDI, BIP, ADFDI, Applications Composer, Page Integration, etc.)
Expertise in Oracle Visual Builder Studio, with good experience in Build and Release, Systems Integration, Agile, and Estimations/Planning
Experience in Oracle OIC, VBCS, and PCS-based implementations as an Implementation Architect
Excellent communication, project/stakeholder/team management skills, and experience.
Consistent record of working creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
Strong customer focus, excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Working experience with build and integration tools like Maven and Jenkins.
Knowledge and use of REST APIs

US: Hiring Range: from $52.45 to $107.45 per hour; from $109,100 to $223,500 per annum. May be eligible for equity.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
