Expected Salary :

  • Salary Range $48,500 - $72,000 Annually

  • Potential annual bonus of 6%

Role Overview

As a key member of our team, you will manage a variety of administrative tasks, from handling budgets and expenses to managing supplies and communications. Your organizational skills will help keep everything on track.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administrative Support: Provide essential support and build strong relationships with the team.

  • Payroll Processing: Support payroll activities, ensuring accurate and timely processing of employee payments.

  • Budget and Expenses: Assist with budget management, expense tracking, and purchasing processes.

  • Communication: Respond to calls and emails, addressing inquiries and requests professionally.

  • Document Management: Oversee archiving, filing, and ensure compliance with legal and company policies.

  • Reporting: Update and maintain reports, systems, and data records.

  • Special Projects: Take on additional tasks and projects as needed.

  • Event Coordination: Manage logistics for travel, events, meetings, and training sessions.

What You Bring

  • Experience in administrative and support roles.

  • Strong customer service orientation.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

  • Keen attention to detail with a proactive mindset.

  • Strong teamwork skills and the ability to anticipate needs.

Work Schedule: 7:00am – 3:00pm

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $48 500,00 to $72 800,00; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. The salary range may vary based on geographic location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results. Company offers a variety of benefits to eligible employees, including health insurance coverage, wellness and family support programs, life and disability insurance, retirement savings plans, paid leave programs, education-related programs, paid holidays and vacation time, and several others.
