Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to student/staff/faculty work requests for providing network or telephony access by making new network connections, or providing physical

  • Be a technical resource and provide systematic solutions while working with departmental staff and our Service Desk.

  • Partner with students, staff, faculty, facilities, contractors, police officers, and medical personnel to deploy the most useful and practical communication solutions.

  • Balance customer requests for network services, telephone services, and cellular connectivity against your limited work time to achieve the best possible results.

OIT has established the hiring salary for this position at $62,964.78. This position is not eligible for overtime compensation.
