Essential Functions: Create, track, and maintain up-to-date marketing information and collaterals (both print and digital). Manage inhouse social media accounts, website, SEO, current marketing efforts and the development of new marketing activities and items to promote company brand and products. Social media and photography specialist for blog and social site posts. Manage photo database, source content, create illustrations, infographics, etc. Be a visionary in designing and coordinating marketing activities and items. Design and development of procurement and solicitation material such as proposals, RFP responses, SOQs, etc. Design and maintain MIG website and newsletter. Develop special announcements, promote brand/event identity as needed. Coordinate offsite event photography and virtual presentation platforms. Develop press releases to communicate key partners and design executive summaries. Create presentations or outreach events, trade shows, and corporate events. Create content and manage all social media platforms.

Competencies: 3 to 6 years hands on experience with Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Adobe Pro. Proven track record of coordinating multiple communications channels, both offline and online delivering consistent messaging with a consistent brand voice. Maintain effective relationships with the project team for steady flow of work and communication, project schedules, and critical project milestones. Six years of designing marketing collaterals, documents, PowerPoint presentations. Initiate campaigns as appropriate to drive branding recognition. Proficient in writing, editing, and production of collateral to ensure quality, accuracy, and consistency of targeted message. Proficient in technical marketing fundamentals, digital communications, and design. Proficient in Microsoft 365, InDesign, Adobe Creative Suite, Mail Chimp, Eventbrite, JotForm. Be an out of the box thinker with strong creative, decision making, and analytical skills. Be able to work independently or in a team.

Work Environment: Flexible work environment. Sitting for long periods, standing, and walking intermittently. Flexibility to travel locally as well as work on some evenings and weekends. Indoor office environment, temperature controlled. Occasionally lift or move up to 20 pounds.

Education and Experience: BA/BS in Marketing or 6years of equivalent experience. 6-8 years related/in-field experience preferred.

Expected Hours of Work: Full-Time, In-person, Monday - Friday, Minimal Travel Requirements, Hybrid option after 90 days.
